CreateWell Project takes the privacy and protection of personal information seriously. If you have any concerns about how your personal data - including your contact details, booking information, payment-related information or other personal information - has been collected, used, stored or shared, you can make a complaint using the process below.

 

How to make a data protection complaint

If you wish to make a complaint about how we handle your personal data, please email:

  • your name and contact details

  • details of your complaint

  • any relevant information that will help us investigate

 

What happens next?

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days.

We will review your concerns, investigate what has happened, and respond with the outcome of our investigation and any actions we have taken or plan to take.

We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

If you remain unhappy with how your data protection concern has been handled, you have the right to raise your concern with the UK’s data protection regulator:
